The Inner Work
of Influence
“Growing without losing herself — that’s what this is really about.”
— Lauren, Study FounderA space for
honest reflection
Rather than focusing on metrics or tactics, this inquiry explores the human experience of being visible, influential, and responsible for a growing audience or business — and the role coaching may play in supporting that journey.
This is not about optimizing performance. It’s about understanding what it takes to grow without losing yourself, and how coaching might serve as a supportive, grounding resource along the way.
Insights will be synthesized and shared in anonymized form through writing, presentations, and professional conferences. Individual names and identifying details will never be shared without your explicit permission.
The questions rarely asked out loud
How increased visibility changes the way you see yourself — and the tension between your public presence and private self.
What being “on” actually requires from you emotionally, and the hidden weight of decisions that come with growing responsibility.
How you define success, sustainability, and well-being for yourself — and what helps you stay grounded when things feel overwhelming.
The ways you’ve stepped into leadership — often before you labeled yourself that way — and what that evolution has asked of you.
Where support feels most needed, where it’s currently missing, and what coaching would need to look like to genuinely serve creators like you.
The questions you’re currently sitting with about your future — and what feels most important to protect as your work continues to grow.
Depth over reach
Follower count matters far less than self-awareness and depth.
Agency insight adds an essential layer to this research — and your perspective is genuinely valued.
This is not a marketing initiative. It’s a listening-led inquiry designed to surface patterns that can better inform how coaching and support are offered within the creator economy.
